Found an interesting Asian figural themed sugar dish in dump 2 handles cobalt blue

Hi fellow treasure hunters. I stumbled across this interesting dish in perfect shape. I am not sure on the age but should be around 1900 or before. I was hoping to get an idea of what I found and how much it may be worth. I am a bottle digger and I never see these kind of things whole. Most diggers can relate. All those Chinese themed fragments and that 'oh damn what was that!?' Feeling, then to find a complete one finally. Thanks everyone and happy hunting.
