Found another old trash pit today. Anyone reconize any of thiese bottles?

Didn't have a shovel and there was lots of broken glass in the ash so I just dug a little with a stick.

Anyone recognize any of this stuff?

Pond's face cream bottle from the 40's or 50's




Looks like most of the stuff I found today it late 40's early 50's but the town was around since 1820's or so and the trash pit is huge. I'd imagine if I could get down deeper there would be a ton of old stuff.

You're on the right track- go deeper- and/or further 'back'. Where I live, the newest part of the dump is closest to an old road. The further I go back (and often into bog alas) it get older. Keep looking- and Happy Hunting! Yak
