Ok heres what i found at a old home place today any idea what it may be ?. Old wagon part maybe
?? measurments are,,,, the arms are 26" the bolts are 6" the o ring is 4" the chain is 11" thanks

It sure does look like part of an old wagon hitch or something that was a part used in an old horse-drawn farm implement. In the field behind my house I found an item that is very similar, but it didn't have that short piece of chain attached to it. It was only the two rods attached to the ring in the same way.
