The crimp is high on the bullet.
My .50 cal. Crimp is located down by the OP's little finger nail.
 

Pepperj is correct. They can be found many places along the east coast.
 

I have to agree that they are .50 caliber. The 20 mm was an exploding round and was steel with a brass traveling band. I find the traveling band pieces frequently at the beach and have found one shell casing as well.

Just got a new Manticore and getting used to it beside our place in the sandy driveway. I know these are bullets but what and from when? Any Id appreciated, these were about 10 feet apart.

I am holding both a 50 cal and a 20 mm and that round is 20 mm take some measurements...that's a 20 mm
