Found Brooch???

I dug this brooch at an old park last week. It came out a rusty brown color. I have been working on it ever since i noticed a hint of goldish color. Can't see any marking or hallmarks. Anyone have any ideas how old or general era its from. Have looked at some websites for info but no luck. Thanks.

Looks like the modern catch from '30s on according to DCs website. is there any info on where a hallmark would be if any?
