Found this classring in Delaware. I posted on social media now I’m trying here to return to the poor girl that lost it or had it stolen from her. Someone knows who this girl is or what WCE means there’s no school listed and I went through every single high school in Delaware school districts and cannot find one that even comes close so I’m assuming it’s not a Delaware class ring. My email is kimdotson74@gmail.com .

Super cool find. Congrats. I hope you find Alexis.
Are you in the Rehobeth Beach / Lewes area?
We loved going up there in the 1990’s when my mom lived there.
Good luck on your search. 👍

Call the local school district and find out how many Alexis's graduated in 2011 in the district and they can chase down the owner for you. That is what I did with a class ring I found and returned.

A great looking Ring - food luck on the return !

Is it just me? I’ve never seen a class ring like that. All I’ve seen show some school designation: CC HS, Columbus, centered school initials GW, etc.
Is it possible the 2011 commemorates a different event than graduation?

It is indeed a Jostens ring, in their ‘Chante’ style. Very nice. It could be a class ring or for some other event, but these are also sold with ‘birth month’ stones and I think that's rather more likely here. Your looks like blue spinel, for September.

The picture above is from their ‘ring builder’ widget which allows you to choose the style, stone, inscriptions, metal etc and then shows you what your ring will look like together with the price. Note that I selected “cubic zirconia” rather than diamond for the accent stones and typed the inscriptions as they appear on your ring.

The ring is available in Lustrium® which is a non-precious nickel-chromium alloy as mentioned by @Mackaydon. However, I thought the WSE mark meant it was one of their other proprietary alloys known as Silver Elite® which is a precious metal blend of primarily silver with elements of palladium and gold, given a rhodium plating.

This is Josten's "Contact Us" page.
You may wish to ask them for a way to track down the school; perhaps even the student.
Don in SoCal

Since it has Alexis & 2011, Same as the Pictures Red-Coat
Posted above, & Doesn't indicate a School.

I'm going out there & Say it was a Sampler from a Josten's Dealer. They used to Come to Our school with Samplers & take Orders . most likely either Stolen or misplaced ,
If your still not Satisfied.

Try Josten's !

Just for clarity, the Jostens 'ring-builder' widget allows you to choose a customised ring. The picture I showed has the same inscription (Alexis 2011) because that's what I typed into the widget as my choice. What I typed then magically appeared as an actual inscription on my selected ring generated digitally by the widget.

I don't think it's a class ring either but do believe it was ordered by or for someone named Alexis. As I said, this particular ring style is offered with a choice of stones representing month of birth... and it looks like their blue spinel offering, for September. So, I would guess the owner was someone called Alexis who was born in September and given the ring in 2011. It's doubtful that she was born in 2011 since she would only be 13 years old now so, even if the ring was given recently, it would be a rather small size.

It could have been for a quinceañera in the Latin flavor, or a 16th birthday in a more anglo setting, etc. I still don’t feel it is a class ring.

Jostens advertise it as a "class ring" under the banner "High School, best seller" but also offer the "birthstone" option for the gemstone. The inscription feels more like the latter.
