Found Fire Starting Stone / Grinder & Broken Blade / Tool

I went for a walk last night in the field adjacent to wear I work. The two pictures of the stone are the same stone, drill holes on different sides of the stone.

Those holes look to be natural and not drilled and the stone itself is also natural and not an artifact.
