10 of these plates were in a box wraped in 1946 news paper. No markings to indicate maker. Looks better than pictures show. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Plate-2.webp plate.webp I have looked in some pattern books but no luck yet.

Burdie - What is the diameter?
How heavy are they?
Can you tell if they are crystal or glass?
Where was the 1946 papers from?
What are the little circles?Part of the design or little knubby feet?

Back in the 70's, I worked in a China warehouse and one of the things we imported was lead glass items from Italy.
Much, much heavier than glass and I don't remember any marks on it. Very expensive stuff.
