This appears to be the lid to a case of some sort. Those hinges appear to be bent, but dangerous looking.
There are two marks. The square one is an eagle head with 925 below. The other one is flat iron shaped with a deeper flat iron shape with perhaps symbols within. The weight is 10.6g. Wish I had the rest of it.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Neet-O. I was gonna say it looks like a French Hallmark without investigating, but yes Spain, Portugal and many other old European and Middle Eastern counties used tiny little marks like that. Go back and see if you can find the bottom half.
