Welcome to Tnet.
Your coin is a 'cash' from the last Emperor of China, born as “Puyí” in 1906 and reigning as Xuāntong (Hsuan-t’ung) 宣統. He came to the throne as an infant in 1908 and was forced into abdication in 1912 by the Xinhai Revolution, shortly after which cast cash coins like this pretty much stopped being issued.
Xuāntong was allowed by the new provisional government of the Republic of China to retain the title of ‘Emperor’ until 1924 and temporarily restored as such for a brief period during July 1917, before being installed as head of the puppet state of Manchukuo until the end of WWII. He was taken prisoner by the Russians and ultimately repatriated to China in 1950, where he spent 10 years in a correctional prison for war criminals before his death in 1967.
