Found in the woods, natural? Petroglyph?

I found this “petroglyph” a while back now and it didn’t fit with the other rocks around. To me it was pretty borderline and I dismissed it but I was looking through photos and saw it and it’s got me thinking again. What do you guys think? I can go try to find it again if more photos are needed.

In your place, I would come back and try to do a “pull-through” drawing on paper.
Also, you can try using the chalk to "show" the picture on the stone and take a picture.
Then it will become completely clear whether this is a Petroglyph.

If you look closely there are other lines in there. Many designs are not familiar to us, but meant something to the creator.
Many times gorgets are incised with hash marks, and converging lines and boxes, their meaning unknown to us but important to them. How big is it? What direction is the top? Where I live the Turkey track is often carved on pipes and pendants and we have an area where three large streams meet and forms a Turkey track on the map since Washingtons time. The township since then has been called Turkey Foot. Sorry for ambling on but these things interest me

Type away, I don’t know what to think of it myself, I thought it looked kinda like the bottom of a turtle shell. I don’t remember it’s orientation but it was on a rock outcrop on top of a bluff that faces north. The more I look for sites the more I’m convinced the whole top of the bluff has artifacts it’s just a matter of visibility. Makes me wonder if it’s not a marker for something

We have a few turkey tracks in Missouri cut in stone.
This may be something- I would be looking over the area. Probably be easier to ascertain if natural in person.
