Found my first silver ring + a coin from 7,500 miles away

Hunted my park that I've been hitting the past few days and it was interesting. After about 10 minutes I got a strange signal while hunting the base of a tree. What turned up was a $1 coin from Hong Kong Not real strange other than the fact that Hong Kong is 7,500 miles from Minnesota. I'ts a big park and we get a lot of tourists here so perhaps one of them stopped for a picnic and it fell out of their pocket. It was quite a surprise to say the least.

About 45 minutes later I dug the silver ring which is stamped 925. This is my third ring but the other two were junk which makes this my first real ring and my first silver ring as well.

Great find on the ring.. Awesome coin also. Few weeks ago I dug up a 1986 coin from Austria. Its made out of aluminum of all things.. Hope the rings will start coming for you now that you got your first 925 silver Shane
