Yesterday's low tide showed some great cuts and black sand. We had strong winds and good size waves on Monday afternoon and it continued overnite into Tuesday. I hunted a spot that has been producing silver coins regularly when eroded...First target on the beach was the "Walker". It cleaned up pretty good. Also found the Merc and a couple of wheats. The heart shaped pendant may be a fraternity pin of some kind. Stamped AH Dondero Washington DC. They produced military insignias and such...Good Luck Out There....

Nice Walker Rich. That is one coin that is on my wish list. Did pull a SLQ and barber half from turf past month so that was great. Tried the beach myself today. Might have hit similar area. Only silver coin for me was a 45 war nickel

Very nice catch and clean...Beautiful coins the Mercs and Walkers..

I like walkers

Congrats on the walker and merc, way to go:thumbsup:
