found no date

I found a large cent ,the date is very hard to make out I think it it 183 dont know the last ,but also not sure about 3 .Is there a way to bring out the date thanks

Let it sit in olive oil for about a week. Do not rub the coin.

Another way is to place a pic of your coin. There maybe some clue to see what date it may be.
