Found old spoon

While planting flowers this week, this was in the new bag if miracle grow potting soil. Any idea how old this may be?

its about 6 inches. I did not see any markings any where on it other than the lines along the handle on front

The back says A vogue silver plate. Doing some lookups, but I can't seem to find this particular piece.

I believe Vogue was part of the International Silver Co. This pattern doesn't seem to quite match, except perhaps more detail could be revealed with additional cleaning?

Looks like a marrow spoon.
