Found some neat things.. Need help I.Ding them!!!

Went to my brother in laws house and came across these little gadgets. I think the one cup thin is a flash from a old camera. it has a broken light bulb inside it. The others dont know? If any one can help I would appreciate it!!!

The bit with the bulb in it looks to be an old tail light from a trailer. The clip is likely from a dog leash or something similar.
