before the turkey fell victim to the knife, my host's son assisted in the short yard hunt. found a Native point with many flakes scattered on the surface, a large piece of pottery----- and a 99 VDI--- does anybody know what time it is :dontknow::dontknow::dontknow:

1 11/16" diameter. hope to remove the cover for a maker & date ???

stunning compact from Denmark, not marked, fails the spit/aluminum foil test, 2 5/8" diameter and 19 grams. removed the glass & fibrous backing---- this chic must have been classy :happysmiley:

Wow ! I like the timeless piece , and surprizing that with all that nice fancy on the compact, that it wouldn't be silver ..

Hans Jensen, Danish silversmith, the fish is his maker's mark. silver plated circa early 1900's--- actually a purse hand mirror-- missing the bottom piece--- maybe in the spring :dontknow:

Congrats on the nice relics! :occasion14:
