My first impression is Thailand, but I can't find it...at least not yet...

man you guys are quick!!!

That's cool & only 50 cents, I'd keep it.

Does it weigh the exact amount as a US half dollar?
If so, you could get rich if you had a ton of those. Theyre worth less than one penny.

Hurt?
I think you missed my point. If it weighs the same and its the same size then you could spend it in any vending machine that takes 50s.
Not that there are many but some train stations do i know. :)...plus slot machines in Vegas. (wear a disguise :icon_king: )
This was actually a huge problem in Japan when i first moved there. Korea came out with a new coin (forget the value but it was about 50 cents or so) that happened to be the same size as the current Japanese ¥500 ($5) coin. People were buying huge amounts of these from Korea and spending them in vending machines in Japan. Get the product and the change.
Japan had to change the weight of the their ¥500 coin because it got out of hand fast.

Well now that you put it that way. Just where can I get some of those?
REALLY nice find!

I'd take 50 cents for it....lol

Once again I must reply with: Little guys face with glasses = Thailand!

=)

Those Thai coins come up A LOT.
