Found this medal today. Can anyone give any info?

I found this right next to a 1904 Indian head. It has gems around the edge and they all seem to be accounted for. Can anyone tell if they seem real from the pics?(sorry for the quality)The back is stamped sterling.

i have dug 2 of those in 2 years. should have "Sterling" or .925 on the back.
