IMHO, it seems you found an extract bottle and a glue bottle. I could be wrong, but I've found a lot of bottles...........

Showin your age Botox...err Shelltox.

Erlynmeyer flask indeed...It's been along time since I had chemistry.

Do they still have Chemistry? or are they still trying to figure out how to read in write in High School.

Now days with inventive spelling it ought to be... (like the
Budweis{er} frogs) "errrr" "lunmar" flask

Of course that's with a kuntukee accent.

Oh yeah! Cool finds

Incredible bottle finds!
I really really like bottles so I enjoy skipping about the internet looking for information & clues on them. . .

Seeing the first you had a bit of info from what was printed on it I reckon you already know the following

:o :o :o :o :o Love love love this ;D

But on the second one ??? cone shaped? beaker style? ??? . . I noticed it appears to have been a screw top? is there any markings/indents on the buttom?

Again great bottles!!! ;D

Bogart :D

Nice bottles. I remember being "enticed" to take Fletcher's Castoria when I was a child. Yucky tasting stuff, but seemed to do the job. I'm still alive and kicking, so I can only assume the stuff is OK to take. LOL

There are markings on the bottom. I tried to take a picture but my photography skills suck, so instead I did a rubbing of it (I'm much better at rubbing, lol). Anyway, here it is and thanks for your help!! ;D

** H over an A (shown).......Hazel-Atlas Glass Company, Wheeling, WV; started at Washington, PA; later plants included Clarksburg, WV; Zanesville, OH; Ada, OK; Montgomery, AL; Oakland, CA; Pomona, CA and other locations. (1902-1964). This mark was reportedly first used in 1923, according to trademark office records quoted by Peterson (400 Trademarks on Glass). I believe the mark was last used in 1964. The Hazel-Atlas Glass Company was formed in 1902 as a result of the merger of the Hazel Glass Company (started 1887) and the Atlas Glass Company (started 1896). Hazel-Atlas manufactured tremendous quantities of "depression" pressed glassware in a wide variety of patterns throughout the 1920s, '30s and '40s. They also produced many of the white milkglass "inserts" used inside zinc fruit jar lids, as well as many types of milkglass cold cream jars and salve containers. Also an important maker of a very large variety of bottles and jars for the commercial packaging industry. "Atlas" was the name brand of their most popular line of fruit jars for home canning. Hazel-Atlas became a subsidiary of Continental Can Company in 1957. In 1964, 10 of the 12 H-A plants in operation were sold to Brockway Glass Company, and I am not sure if the remaining two plants used the H-A trademark after that year. Some Hazel-Atlas plant codes and other markings seen on the base of their bottles are shown in a chart here , courtesy of Dick Cole (fruitjar.org). **

& here is just a little bit more info on Hazel-Atlas Glass . . not much but something ;D

As for the bottle ???. . I love the look of it but what did it hold ??? toilet water ??? I thought maybe ink but I am thinking differently after looking at some bottles. . not sure just shooting off the hip with some thoughts. . what size is the bottle? Just a bit curious ;D

Bogart :D

I really appreciate all of your help. The bottle is 5 1/2 inches tall and about 3 1/4 across the widest part of the base. Thanks again. :D :D
