Found while cleaning out a house

My mom's friend passed away 2 months ago. Only 1 person to clean the house out and they live 2500 miles away.
She came in and took only what she wanted the rest can be tossed. She asked if i could do it.
I said I would do it. I was told to keep any thing I wanted and toss the rest.
Here a 2 comics out of about 12..

I've been junking for 30+ years Cleaning a house out like this has only come around a few times but this is the best one.I have so much more to list.
