I used to have a White's Coinmaster.

Mine didn't look like that.

Yours must be an earlier model.

personally it reminds me of part of an old Electrolux Shampooer

May actually be the Bottom Plate on the Shampooer,
as That is Metal.
the Plastic plate I photograped is a Splash plate that goes over it Before the Brushes get Mounted on.

The odd part, The X's instead of Holes may mean it's just an extra Packing Piece
when shipped from Factory.

Sorry this metal one is trashed

does look close but yours could be from older or Generic Brand Shampooer

That is the ID tag off an old carburetor.

Looks a lot like carburetor tag...Has what looks like a fish tail punchout...Thanks everyone

Not a shampooer plate, Jeff.
Those are known as jibs.
Yours has an appealing cut, but, without any measurements, I'm having trouble picturing it attached to a carburetor. :)
