Heres some of my finds on my 3rd day out with my new detector.Im starting to understand the different tones she(bounty hunter) has and im having more fun finding,,, then just digging!...16 quarters,10 dimes,6 pennies and i apologize for not cleaning them yet.It turns out MDing is just as much work at home as it is in the field.

Sounds like you have the MD bug!
Afterall, there is free money in the ground waiting for you. ;)
Next you will want to get a pinpointer if you don't have one. Here's the one I swear by:

You will wonder how you managed without it. :o
In the spring when the ground is moist but not frozen, you will be able to pick up speed and get more and more each time you go out.
You can clean them in a rock tumbler or save yourself the money if you don't have one and put them in a Coinstar machine at the local wally world.Just be sure to check the dates before you dump them! The machine takes something like 8 cents on the dollar.

Welcome to the hobby and the TreasureNet where we all understand your excitement! ;D
