National Geographic 7.5 min. topo's from the US are free downloads to your printer.

I haven't had time to go to yet but the article says the maps are scaled to print on letter size paper in 4 pages of 1/4 quads. Makes them more portable. I only know of one place left in town that prints USG maps. There may be others but it's still hard to locate them. The last one I had printed was $15 so this offering in an asset.
My update: I just went to the site. Looks great. Living color, I need this! I can print on photo paper and the maps will be more rugged than print paper.
