The vault teller at my main pick-up bank cherry picks. We chat about it all the time. She find some pretty cool stuff. It's all good though, when we first started chatting she said "Ya I go through the teller trays and buy up all the silver, 1964 and earlier, right?". I just said jokingly "Damn, you beating me to it!
