Went to a movie downtown and couldn't resist searching a few 50¢ machines afterwards. Only did $600 but found a 64-D, 65, 66, 69-D and a 94-S proof, the newest Kennedy proof I've found so far.
Boy, going on a Friday proved both rewarding and frustrating. Most any other day the 50¢ machines aren't played very much so I can choose which one I want to drain. But the hardcore gamblers come out on the weekends so the available machines were fewer than normal. There's nothing harder to take than listening to someone next to you cashing out and hearing silver halves plopping out. Arrgh! I had to reason with myself that it's impossible to get every silver half in the joint! Time, patience and persistance will pay off.
