Friday's 2nd box of pennies

Well I finally got thru my first box of pennies from friday(see post below). My eyes were crossed and my head hert but darn it, I'm going to get into my 2nd box.... :P :P With mixed emotions they were all 2006-D. At least I don't have to open them.

Now, if only someone would discover some fantastic mint error with 2006D's, you'd be in good shape!!

My old eyes can hardly find mint errors in halves let alone in pennies. I'm using a +200 over a+150 reading glasses, looking thru a magnifier desk lamp as it is. And then, if I see something interesting, I'll hold a 30x loupe in there also. Its tough getting old.

LOL... I'm holding a 5x magnifier under a bright light, looking through my bifocals for mint errors in pennies.

PS... My wife and I love the beaches there and the city of Ventura. We lived in Santa Clarita for many years, and the LA area for most of my life. We'd drive over on 126 just to have dinner at a small seafood restaurant at the Ventura marina, by the Channel Islands park headquarters (don't remember the restaurant's name). Also used to frequent the zoo at Santa Barbara, and sometimes would drive up to Pismo for the weekend.
