It's funny to me that other countries don't indoctrinate the American way. Seems to me those who do, just end up with a better way of life.

From what I have read the government of Vietnam is rather wary of china and not so with the US. Is this true?

If I,m not mistaken,some years ago China and Vietnam fought some rather vicious border skirmishes,not an all out war,but enough to make the Viets leery.

Yes they did, China invaded Viet Nam in Feb of 1979 in response to Viet Nam invading Cambodia to end the Khmer Rouge regine led by Pol Pot, China sided with Cambodia. The war/battle lasted about 28 days or so.
