From NY to GA

Hey everyone in july im moving from upstate NY down around Ringgold GA! I cant wait! Im using my new at pro and i have a felling that down there its more relics than coins! Also is there gold around ringgold ga or chattanooga tn? Any clubs to join? What do i use for settings on my at pro for relics?

hey! Welcome to the area! You'll like the ringgold area. a good place to go with yer MD would be along highway 11. It's the old highway and runs parallel with 24 between chattanooga and jasper, tn. There are old railroad, mining and war sites. Not too heavily populated and ppretty well country. That's where I'd go if I had a MD!!!! I need one!!! Also, another good place, in my opinion, would be on 41, along the river. We moved down here almost 2 years ago from Michigan and have found the plethora of history in this area to be unreal.....and readily available! Have fun!
