Anyone recognize this? I’ve heard them called “Drivers Watch” or Typists Watch. Incredible condition. It looks old stock. I thinking 1950s.

The movement is in a box - lots of jewels I can see by lifting it slightly but I cannot ready anything without removing the stem.
