Furla Handbag/Satchel

My wife and I bought this at an antique store. Yes, I know it's a handbag, but I have searched the Internet for a PVC Furla handbag like this one that does not have a zipper, but metal runners as a clasp, and have not found a single picture or reference. Any clues to its year of manufacture? Collectibility? Thanks.

Thank you for the references, but I haven't found one that has the metal runners and clasps. This is a mystery.

Yes, I was the one who walked with it from the junk shop to the car while my wife and daughter went to another store. It was quite the sight but, luckily, I got no proposals along the way.
