Ive seen lately some posts here and there people asking about pewter buttons they found
They will say "I found a pewter or lead button"..."Help"
Ive been in hobby since age 12 in 1975 - I have found quite a few pewter buttons ( along with other items)
in my time - some buttons come out shiny like a silver coin - others a dull grey
