Garage Sale Garrett Ace 250

OK let me start out saying I'm a Whites Brand guy. But I happened upon a like new Garrett Ace 250 at a local yard sale for $50.00 in like new condition. I asked the lady selling it "why?", and she said she took it out once and didn't find anything. OK, I must say this is a coin magnet, It doesn't have the depth of my Whites but will pick up coins at 6" in fact I took it to the local High School that's been pounded for years and the first coin I dug was a 1934 Mercury dime at 4". So far I'm having a lot of fun with this and think I will be keeping it. So to anyone thinking of a entry level detector that's easy to use, I would recommend the Ace.

Nice, I know a couple people who have done well with a 250. Both had the DD coil on them.
