Buddy picked this up at a sale this morning... It thought it was a wheelchair battery, I thought it was an atomic bomb complete with LED timer... any one know for sure?

They are called Power Caps. They are used for audio systems for cars that have subs. They store power so when the base hits your head lights wont dim and makes the base hit harder
