Garret Cable Detach!

My MD have a problem, recently i hear machine getting crazy i search the problem ,was two wires,one are detach ,and another one some wire from wire was detach (i hope you understand) ,another 3 wires are isolate,but what to do ,worth's repair in Romania?
Why the another to not was isolate!?Help!

Hard to say without seeing a picture. I found this on Garrett's site, for repairs outside of the United States:

Now wires are disattach from peak of cable.

I can't really tell by that picture, but why don't you either try and insulate the wire yourself with a piece of heat shrink tubing?

Or maybe try and separate the wires with some electrical tape, and put it back together.

Let us know how you make out.
