garrett 250 or tesero cibola

Well finally everyhing is comming back into place. Question i have which should i get i have a friend who swears by the cibola but have seen good things on the 250. I heard the cibola will run over the 250 depth wise an is a great machine. im just all confused

either one would be a great choice. you really cant go wrong.

Both are good detectors but the Cibola gets 3 to 5 inches deeper on coins and twice the depth on relics.

But the big thing about Tesoro machines isn't really depth as much as sound. Most coins are under 5 inches deep anyway. Tesoros have such a smooth stable signal that's really superior to even some machines costing more than twice the price.

I use the DeLeon and it's so superior to anything else I've owned in 38 years of detecting that it's almost embarrassing. I sure wish I had discovered Tesoro years ago!
