Garrett Ace 350 problem/issue

So I bought a Garrett Ace 350 a few years ago and never noticed any problems. Just about a year ago, I tried changing the sensitivity above 4 and it just goes spurratic. Anyone else have this problem and/or a fix?

Are you inside when you do this? My 350 would go crazy anywhere near a ceiling fan.

Failing that, try replacing the batteries. I had low batteries cause this issue also.

That wouldnt help, I tried it outside with fresh batteries and it STILL is acting up

Have you tried a different location? Mine went nuts in my backyard because it was under power lines.
