Garrett Carrot Repair-it

So I'm getting my Carrot repaired by Garrett. The cost to replace the worn out case and the falsing comes in at $52.89.

Just a heads up to anyone who's got the same issues. It's way better than paying for an brand new Carrot, and its always good to have a spare.
I had tried to turn this into a poem at first, but i couldn't find anything to rhyme with Orange.

How long did you have yours before it started having issues?

I'd say about 2 and 1/2 years. It was one of the first ones, and i had pre-ordered it.

At first i had repaired the holes in the tip with super glue, but after a while the falsing started, and I switched to a spare. Now both of my Carrots will be wearing a heat shrink protective sleeve.

So i got my Carrot back yesterday. Looks like they just replaced it instead of repairing it. Maybe the insides are the same, but I wouldn't know. So 52.89 for a new carrot sounds good to me!
