My AT Pro was acting up. I was 6 months out of warranty. Had a unit that was giving me false signals plus I cracked the mounts by accident.

They treated me Great! And their customer service Rep. Rusty was so helpful. I sent back the main unit an both of my coils. I also sent my pin pointer for a check up. About 5 days later I received what appeared to be a new coil, new main unit and my pin pointer also looked brand new.

I would recommend Garrett to anyone after this experience.
 

They are great. I would recommend Garrett detectors to anyone. I love mine.
 

My experience has been similar. They fix things quickly and it works great when its done.
