Garrett Z-lynk, anyone experience low volume?

I have the system without the headphones. I am getting low volume from 3 different sets of headphones. Anyone have this issue?

I have contacted garrett and they are sending me another receiver and have been very helpful

I read a post about having to use 8 ohm headphones with the Z-lynk, anyone have any first hand knowledge about this?
