That's impressive! Odd looking deposit.
 

I'm sitting near the terminal moraine of the WI glacier. The farthest point south of the glacier. Our moraine has far less rock that size and more small rocks and gravel and sand. The glacial till deposit below my house is 200' thick, all brought down by the glacier. An aquifer runs through it...an underground river. The glaciers are a powerful force moving in slow motion.
