Unusual and really neat! Don't hear of George IV artifacts much, probably because of his short reign (thanks to GL for that information). I wonder what it is doing in SC? If Canada, I would not be so surprised.

Very interesting, never seen that before. What does it say around the shank as it's too small to read.
