George Washington medal/token and a Indian head penny

First of all I wanted to say Hi from Tn am a new here. I have a George Washington medal/token the date on it is 1789 I dont know much about it and looking to see if i could get some info on it. the other one is a 1903 Indain head penny, any info would be great. Thanks
