Getting a coin graded.

How do you go about getting a coin graded without getting ripped off? I have an 1832 half dime to send in some place that is reputable. Any help would be appreciated.

there are several reputable places that grade coins.PCGS and ANACS.
Both places have web sites with costs and how to submit.

PCGS would be the one to use, ANACS is not consistent
I have used both. Thats my opinion..and you know what
they say about opinions.
