Getting closer!

Been raining for three days.............hard! Our 1 foot of snow pack is gone, I can see grass........and dog poop! We are under a flood watch, 60 degrees yesterday, and lots of mud! Rain to stop this morning, then rest of the week and next week in the 40's I see the beach, and some home sites in my near future.....After a long Winter I love mud!

A lot different than last Feb. I was detecting a home site everyday this time last year, that I thought I would hit in the Spring............This year NOT. But the snow is gone!!! Beaches should be ok when it quits raining
