GF: " Why is the floor hot right here"?
Me: "Because you left the hot water running in the sink all night, and the pipe between the sink and the hot-water heater heated up the floor".
"No I didn't".
"Yes, you did. I turned it off at 6am this morning".
"No, I didn't"
"We'll then I guess there's lava under my house".
At least I know how to get in-floor heating in case water and gas are suddenly free.
