Decided to stop yesterday after work at one of the many " there's nothing there spots" located around my neighborhood. Got out, picked a program on the dfx and started meandering. First target a wheat at 2 inches, ok good. Second target another wheat, oh wait no it's not that's an Indian. 1899. Ok looks promising. Third target a pull tab. Fourth target another Indian, 1864, now I start getting the you know what feeling. Fifth target solid 89,90 in every direction. Gotta be a soda can, but it's pinpointing real tight at 3 inches. Dug my plug, flipped it over, and there she is staring at me. 1940 walking liberty half dollar. My first walker. I couldn't control myself. Threw it my other pocket, rushed home. People in cars next me thought I was nuts! Smiling and giggling the whole way home. That's for looking. GL, HH. Mike.
