Hi all,
Thats what the a friend of mine said about his yard.He only found a penny a few years ago and was sure he hit it good. The house is only from the 50's but good still yield some good ol silver.I started in the back and started to think he was right as I only turned up 2 clad cents, but they dated 1960 and 62 so there was promise for the front yard.My first coin in the front was a wheatie and I am like here we go!After a clad or 2 another 2 wheats come up,then get that quarter reading at 5 in and sure enough a nice 1960 silver quarter!Another wheat or 2 mixed in with some clad and a 64 rosie near the sidewalk and finished the silver run with a 1940 silver quarter.I totaled 21 coins with 6 being wheats and 3 silver coins. You gotta love those hunted out sites!
peace,bigrig
