Going back in time with Mail Pouch

Did some hunting today at an old house site on my cousin's property; I managed a 1940 nickel and a teen wheat, but the find of the day has to be a porcelain and steel "Chew and Smoke Mail Pouch" plate. It's slightly smaller than a license plate, and will make a colorful addition to my display of interesting artifacts!
