Gold and silver today!

Today I ventured out about 40 minutes from town, to hopefully hit that virgin dirt. Right into the hunt I got a sharp low tone. I flipped open the plug a scattered the dirt around and was surprised to get a gold pendant. I didn't even think to take a pic and pulled it out quick. I was going into the hunt thinking I would be happy to just find silver but there it was. I don't see a mark but will have to test it tomorrow. It looks two tone with the edge being a different Carat than the middle area. Half way through the hunt I get that oh so sweet +81 vdi reading , sure enough it was a ring marked sterling. Awesome jewelry, you could maybe have it tested for gold by your local jeweler, or use at home methods.
